Build

From the floor up

Apprenticeship
New joiners start on the floor beside experienced makers — tools, materials, and safety as the first discipline.
Machine training
Operators train on each station — CNC, upholstery, finishing — before running production work on their own.
Line certification
Certified makers take responsibility for a stage of the line, with quality checks built into every handoff.
